Does anyone remember the Bamboo Beach Bar 1980 - 1982?
It used to be between the Tamarind Cove and Bucaneer Hotels.

Now I work in Chester but the memories are very good.

Such an old post, so not sure if you are still monitoring - but oh yes, I remember it... wonderful place...with lovely food like fish cutters (dolphin - but not dolphin!) And spicy black bean soup! So nice. The owner (Drew - Wonderful guy who I worked for) along with others also owned a race horse... because because. Happy memories!
